Delivery, Set Up, and Pick up Orders

Delivery and Set up fees are based on location, difficulty and amount of time involved in delivery. All Jackson venues start at $100 for delivery and set up. Most wedding deliveries take minimum an hour. This fee is your insurance that your desserts will be professionally set up and delivered. Extra fees may apply for deliveries to mountain venues like Wildcat Resort or North Peak at Sunday River where a gondola ride is involved. There is a lot involved when delivering, including coordinating with venue, boxing up desserts safely, driving mountain roads, transporting stands, setting them up, applying floral or accent details, making sure restock is refrigerated properly, etc. Setting up a tiered cake, an elaborate display or dessert table may require additional set up fees.

For pick up orders, we ensure your desserts are boxed appropriately for travel. We will assist you in packing up your car to ensure the safety of your desserts. We will also help coordinate refrigeration or set up instructions with your venue. Some cakes may not be recommended for pick up.

Maine:

Portland/Scarborough - $400 (Minimum of $1500 order)

House Island - $700 (Minimum of $2000 order)

Boothbay Harbor - $450 (Minimum of $2000 order)

Bar Harbor - $800 (Minimum of $2000 orders

Sunday River - $250

Vermont:

East Burke - $450 (minimum of $2500 order)

Massachusetts:

Boston - $600 (minimum of $2000 order)

Anywhere else over an hour - $200 per driving hour, plus $.58 cents per mile - 

  • $2000 minimum 2 hours and over. 

  • $4000 minimum 4 hours and over

Staff Event Fees:

Dessert table maintenance - $500

Small single tier cake - $25

Two tier cake - $50

3 tier and 4 tier  cake - $100

5 tier and over - $200

Cake Trios - $75

Plus kitchen cakes - $25

Under 50 ppl - $50

50 ppl - 100 ppl - $75

100 ppl-200 ppl - $150

200 plus - $250

Per Slice Price:

Tiered - $7.00

Kitchen cakes - $5.50

Cake stand Rental Pricing:

Single tier cake or two tier cake - $25

3 tier and 4 tier - $50

5 tier and up - $100

200 plus - $250

**We will only pick up stands in Jackson or North Conway. All others is the same as the original delivery fee.

A real Nomad loves an adventure! For the right events, we will definitely travel! If we're able to drive to your location, delivery and set up fees will depend on distance and time of year. If your delivery requires us to fly, travel expenses and potential kitchen space will be agreed upon during your initial quote.
